What we commit to

  • Personal support

    Every email to support@kasescore.com is read by a human at our company within one business day. No ticket queues. No chatbots.

  • Privilege-grade isolation

    Your firm's data is scoped at the database layer. We don't read your case content as part of normal operations, and we never use it to train AI.

  • No surprise pricing

    The prices on the pricing page are what you pay. We don't add per-case charges, per-seat charges, or charges for the features listed in your plan.

  • Refund without friction

    If you're not happy in the first 30 days, we refund you in full. One email to cancel is enough — no phone tree, no retention pitch.

  • Honest claims

    If we don't have a certification, we don't claim it. If we add one, we'll publish the audit report. Same for customer counts and testimonials.
