Is KaseScore giving legal advice?

No. KaseScore is a triage tool for use by licensed attorneys. It suggests prioritization and surfaces information; every case decision, advice, and client communication is the sole responsibility of the attorney of record. KaseScore does not provide legal advice.
How accurate is the triage?

KaseScore uses a conservative scoring engine with a multi-step reasoning pass. Cases below 60% confidence are flagged for manual attorney review. The triage signal is always a starting point — the attorney makes the call.
What types of cases does it support?

Personal Injury, Immigration, Family Law, Employment Law, and Criminal Defense. Each is scored against criteria written for that practice area.
How is client data handled?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Documents are stored in isolated firm-specific storage, and scores are produced from the intake description only. Client data is never used outside your firm, and never for training.
How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 7 days free, including up to 25 scored cases. You add a card at signup, but you aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your Billing page.
Can I cancel? What if it isn't right for us?

Cancel anytime from the Billing page; your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fees. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you pay nothing. If you stay on and it still isn't right, we refund every dollar within 30 days of your first charge — one email to support@kasescore.com is enough. The full policy is in Terms §3.
